Central Kansas | I have always wondered how the could hold you accountable for not showing up for jury duty. "Here" they just send a post card by standard mail service. How do they know you actually recieved the post card. The way our mail works around here it may be in the mailbox the next day, or a month and half from now. Then again I would say it has decent odds of never getting here. I would think the only way to no for sure you got it would be to send it certified.
