German Valley, IL | As far as driving goes the one place I hate the idiot drivers the most is Dubuque Iowa . And seems that all Wisconsin drivers have gotten bad the last couple years . Just drove up to your neck of the woods yesterday for the weekend and I had multiple episodes of road rage from complete dumb a$$ drivers !!! Especially on these dumb a$$ roundabouts ...
