Sounds a little high to me. I have a `00 and `02 F-350's with 7.3 PS diesel. No service body, both flat beds, both 2WD. Bought the `01 regular cab in 2009 for $6500 with 83,000 miles. Wound up with $9,000 in it after buying tires, hitch built, some minor repairs. Bought the `00 crew cab in 2013 for $9000 with 112,000 miles. It didn't need anything, had tool boxes and fuel tank already on it.
