My experience is that is not like wheat.  Unless it is damp outside (raining/misty) you can run all night.   I wouldn't be bothered drying it.


Only thing I would make sure to put it in a bin which you can run air on good days.  I have seen the corn come back as weather warms up.  Neighbor did some and says bu weight has improved from last fall.
