There are refrigerant lines under the metal strip running the length of the bar. Usually this has 1/4 inch of frost on it to keep the beverages cold. Smokey D's in DesMoines Iowa has one as well right beside The Big Barn Harley Davidson store. FyI excellent BBq food at a great price !! Really neat !!
