NE WI | We have the RK kits on our older Kinze Series II 4 row. They work great. Some of the studs had 1/8" worn or more. This brought them back tight to the disk opener blade. I think I adjusted them once after they were put on. We only planted 250 acres with is after the fix but its holding up well and the pivot arms always take grease now.
We also did the closing wheel bracket bearing upgrade that Shoup sells. A bit of work with the plasma cutter and welder and they were like new again and adds self aligning ball bearing to the pivot point. | |
