Lots of NH3 went on in past 5 days here. We were wet in the fall so little to no NH3 went on, lots of guys prepped and ready to go. I'd say lots of folks did more beans in their rotation LAST year, so lots of bean stubble going back to corn this year.

Because of that, I would say more corn acres here than last year.

We might need another 30,000 acres of 200 bu/acre corn in a few years "here." (Greene Co. has 353,000 acres of farmland, according to ISU Extension)
