I downloaded this for Windows 7 should work for Windows 8 too. You will likely need the 64 bit version. There are 32 and 64 bit versions for download. http://imageresizer.codeplex.com/releases/view/30247 Works exactly like the Powertoy Image Resizer did in XP simple right click option to resize pictures. Simply right click on an image and select "Resize pictures" In the pop up box you can select various sizes and it adds a tag to the name indicating the size and can be set to leave your original unaltered. The resized image can also be kept right in the same folder as the original.
