Tedbear-

If you go to that G-town east and a bit north they push whirlpool to no end!  While I do like them AND their service.....whirlpool will never be purchased here again.  When we rebuilt we went with "top of the line" whirlpool gold appliances.  After 4.5 years....we are on 4th microwave or major repair, still have fridge but it is a pos. and service has been here at least a dozen times,dishwasher is noisy and unimpressive, cooktop is slow but hasn't broken yet. Oven fan is noisy but has been ok...  Know this is not a solution- but no more whirlpool gold here!
