central - east central Minnesota -

shoop - 3/5/2015 11:00 https://m.facebook.com/291088884234912/photos/a.487078147969317.1179... Next to the mall of America

the guy that owns that farm (land) is a multi, multi-millionaire. He's a very old attorney that made ten's of millions of dollars in his heyday, as a attorney. He's more then very comfortable, financially. He lives (or used to - as I've lost track), in the Stillwater area on a huge Estate. He's been offered tens of millions and millions of dollars for the Bloomington acreage over the years and the city has tried unsuccessfully more then once, to force the sale of the farm - he being a attorney, kept the city at bay. Last I heard, he was making arrangement to keep it as a farm or undevelopable land for ever - in some trust/estate (he may already be deceased, as this was 20yrs ago, when visiting with the care taker . . . .  . .

Very, very nice humble man, with deep farm roots - even though he was an attorney (I know, a little bash on the attorney profession).
