Not familiar with those tenders but could you add a strip of some sort of brush material further back from where the seed enters the belt? Maybe it would help keep it from rolling backwards if you suspect that. I can't remember where but it seems like I have seen that stuff for sale in strips maybe for a door or something at a home improvement store? could run it right down against belt
