West Ky, on Eddy Creek | The times I24 has clogged up its because it rains and washes all the treatments off, then it changes to ice just long enough to glaze the road, and there's always a few trucks that jackknife on that and plug everything up. Then it snows, but traffic is stopped so the plows can't do anything til they get the vehicles out of the way. It's not like further north where it just snows.
