| Blacksmith asked if I had a total for the group since we started. Was pleasantly surprised that as a group we have lost 225.7 pounds. There are a few that didn't check in this week yet but this amount lost made me feel good. Very proud of each and every one of you for sticking with this. Most New Years resolutions have fallen by the wayside by now. But as a group we can stand strong and keep going. Yay for all of us. Keep going, we are just a bunch of NAT Loosers. | |
