"Here" in GA if a student graduates from high school with a 3.0 gpa or higher and enrolls in tech school / college as full-time and keeps above a 3.0, the classes are paid for. Still have to fill out fasfa yearly if you are Hope or financial aid student. I quit going full time and lost Hope so had to pay out of pocket. My parents paid actually, I will repay the debt soon. If you had a bad year farming, maybe you can get financial aid through fasfa. You are probably worth too much land and money to get it though. Ethnicity plays a part sometimes too
