SW Iowa | My complaint is why did Vilsack wait till Friday to make a decision that he should have realized on Monday an extension was going to be needed and necessary. He could have saved a lot of angst amongst all involved with the deadline problems had he taken a proactive approach and extended the deadline on Monday morning, freeing up the week to re schedule and complete end of the month tasks previously put off due to this gov imposed deadline. | |
