| Yes this is true Dealers have a large investment, and if Deere would support RTCM and CMR messaging, then the Deere dealer could increase their subscription revenue, because every RTK user is a prospect for their correction services. A dealer could also increase their geographic footprint with the same equipment if they would run a true network solution, rather than the old concept of single point base, with radio interface. From a business point of view, with a small investment for a server and proper software, a dealer could increase their footprint, and increase their prospects for more subscriptions, seems like a win/win for the Dealers and for Deere... | |
