I bet it's something simple.

If I'm at c5 I can move sideways and up but not below c5.  Sometimes when I enter = and then try to cursor to a cell nothing happens.  For the last I don't know how many years you could always cursor to a cell to add it or subtract it, etc.  I can mouse to it though.

I'm using Office 2007.
