Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Along this line I have a very cheap Canon printer. It can act as a printer, a copier and a scanner. I know the scanner has worked for me in the past but I couldn't make it work last week. I needed to sign and return a form that I got as an attachment. I printed out the form, signed it and tried to scan it in but was not successful. As I recall the item to be scanned ended up as a document on the computer. I could then email this to someone by attaching it to the email.
I'm sure its something simple. I've done searches on this that seem to indicate that it works but I'm missing something. Maybe a new file was created on one of the computers and I didn't know where to look for it.
Possibly part of my confusion is that I'm using this printer wirelessly with two different printers via Wi-Fi. I think I had both computers setup the same when I was successful.
Since I wasn't successful, I gave up and just mailed the sign form back.
