| Lost 2 lbs this week. Did go out for dinner last night and probably ate too much. Mid week I stepped on the scale and was down 7 lbs for the week. I didn't think that could be right, so got off the scale and tried again and still 7 lbs down. I was skeptical about that so got on the scale the next day and was back to zero lbs for the week. It's a pretty new scale so I don't know what was going on. But 2 lbs for the week is good. | |
