WC Iowa | I'm wondering what some of you have done for back pain. I hurt mine in 2008 and have tried physical therapy, inversion tables, chiropractors, NUCCA chiropractor, and new beds. I've had some relief but now its terrible with pain down the legs and I cant sit for more than 5 min.
I'm to the point to try anything including surgery if needed. Thanks for your input. | |
