sorry but i am the land lord and yes i have paid for lots which was all approved by the core of course. i feel it is the land owners responsibility because it benefits the farm more then the farmer. when you stop renting the farm are you going to take the tile with you?
No, I will not take the tile with me but I will take very many more bushels off of that farm over the years. Seems like it takes the same amount of money to plant a crop on wet ground as it does on well drained ground...the end results are far from the same. But that is just my experience. |
