Is farming your passion?  If so, you will never be happy anywhere else.

It's tough this year, I don't care how old you are.  This is my worst year in 11 full time since retiring as an ag teacher.  I always farmed part time and had great joy in 11 years but it went so fast.

My mentors and close friends kept me going.  My family was behind me but would have been no matter what I did.

Build your mentors and close friends.  One in 10 or 100 people are really sharp and can help and encourage you.

I hear you though, it's not easy.
