South Texas | I have a 4850 that will blow an o-ring in the hydraulic pump every 10-20 hours. It's the one on the plug above one of the pistons, and always the same one. The first 2 times I replaced it with an o-ring from my kit, last time I used a john deere o-ring along with a new plastic washer/shim thing but it blew out again. I'm starting to think the o-ring is not the problem but a symptom. Any ideas what the real problem could be? | |
