Fairbury, NE (Southeast) | feedlot fencing in Bruning NE sells one. It has a wedge with a hole in it and comes with a spring loaded latch. I'm sure they would ship. Their website doesn't show it but I believe they still sell it.

We prefer a cold rolled rod in a pipe carrier with a handle above the gate. This way a guy with a horse/atv can come up and open it and remain on his ride.
