I started on the SF site before the creation of NewAgTalk. Almost all the guys were called their name and Iowa. Since I was from Illinois, I became Illinoisjohn. Not creative, just identifying who I was and where I was from.
I like the mapdots, lets us know the location the information came from, which is sometimes important.
