We use it. Have been for a while now. You can see the cattle change after a few days. While I do think you do add pounds to the final weight and do add to the yeild. I seriously doubt you will see a couple percent increase. Maybe one percent. Maybe.
I have used up to around a 330mg level. That starts to get expensive.
