Subject: Bill Gates Buying Farmland

Houston County, GA

Does anyone know exactly why Bill Gates and affiliated companies would want to buy so much farmland and wooded acres in North Florida and South GA. A couple of new sources have been writing articles about it but don't really tell why other than the purchase.
