HMM. I saw a box of ten at Bi-Mart right before Christmas for $0.99. Many things at the Dollar store cost more than other discount stores. Same 2 trays of 5 in each as always....James
I'm thinking it might have been a trial run to see how they sold. I expect to see more of the 9 count boxes for $1 in the coming years.
