I agree with boog- ask your accountant what they'd like to see. They like to see it in a certain sequence: 4000's are income, 6000's are expenses, etc. I did that.
If you don't want to ask your accountant, I could print mine off and email it to you. Of course you'd want to tweak it to your operation, but that's minor.
