Glad you got it fixed. I've never used Restore as I've always been nervous that something will be left in an awkward state. To me, it's a sledge hammer approach when what you really needed was a screwdriver. There is a key combination that I can never remember that will rotate the screen. It's probably mentioned in the link already given to you. You can play in the Display/Screen Resolution section of Control Panel to see how to do this using menu settings. Orientation should normally be Landscape. Notice how mine says Portrait in this screen grab and shows the laptop screen being vertical. |
