I was kind of into a.i. At the time but really didn't feel it was worth the time and effort for me. I sold a few bulls to some guys I buy feeder calves from. Overall it was too labor intense for the small premium I got for the bulls. I think the DNA testing could be a powerful tool but like anything else it's a tool and single trait selection can quickly make as many problems as it fixes. For me personally I decided to let seedstock guys be seedstock guys.
Genomics, anyone doing this?
