Just my opinion you have some very expensive fuel if you are going to buy a tank and fill. Yes you only buy the tank once. Who is your fuel guy?? I'd think about prepaying for 20,000 gal. Yes they will charge storage maybe .10 cents at the most. Curious who your fuel guy is we are kinda in the same area I think.
