North Central Iowa | Any one run the new JD 2730 ripper this fall? Looking at trading a 870 for a 875 but Deere will trade for the same amount. The 2730 looks like a beast but is 10ft longer. Not sure that's a good thing. Just curious if anyone pulled a 870 then tried the Deere ripper. The 870 has been a good ripper but I never expected the Deere ripper to priced about the same. Biggest concern is that I don't need something that pulls harder and basically does the same thing.
