Formerly NE North Dakota, now NW MN | Well, I really thought we were in business here, but I think there's a lot of things about the HRSW market that screaming exhaustion. Not so much where we are, but definitely how we got here. Today's price action put a nice hook reversal on the chart, really uglied up the nice little rally we had going. Stochastics (14day) kinda agrees with the general storyline that the accumulation actually ended the wed. and thursday was the exhaustion. Basis action across ND is squawking the same thing. Oh and did i mention we filled a gap and then immediately puked 25 cents?
I don't really know how to play this. Tara's idea about selling calls suddenly makes a lot more sense to me. Part of me wonders if a guy should just sell in the money calls and consider the bushels sold with a premium, or at least do a portion. Quite a bit of me thinks just do a bunch of HTAs and walk away for awhile. Thoughts anyone?
