It 's a bad deal , but not so bad we just get the standard 25000 deduction, then the rest goes on the regular depreciation schedule. Still get to deduct the full amount. Pain in the butt for bookkeeping. It's concievable in the next few years with lower income levels, we won't have to pay any MN state income taxes because it was deferred.
