   Pressures should be in the teens.   Eye pressures above the teens are costing you optic nerves. No need to run to the doc, but get to an MD, and Opthamalogist, and when you call, let them know the pressure you are now.  Time to start drops and get in treatment.  
    Now there are excellent surgical options. But don't wait.  Every reason to be hopeful this can be completely controllled !
