Illinois | Yes there is a way! He needs to unload all of the data into his APEX then in the 'Unload' tab he needs to go to 'Manage Archive' this will bring up a list of every field he has ever unloaded into his APEX. He can then narrow the search down by selecting to view only specific fields or he can select a date range. From here he will need to put a checkmark beside each box that he wants to EXPORT. Make sure he gets them all because more than likely there will be multiple files that were created even for just one field and one operation, but they will be right in order so it won't be hard to tell and it shows the dates created. Once all files are correctly checked he will go to the 'Export' button and from here it will bring up a box that wants him to put the exported file in the correct storage location, so he may need to browse and find the USB drive and export the data into that. Once that is done you should be able to open up your USB drive and it will have a file with the date as the name, open that up and your raw data is in there. | |
