You can grow wheat, a few vegetable crops and winter pasture grasses this time of year. I am not aware of any other major crops grown in the winter. We do plant corn and rice in March. Is this what you were referring to? You could have some minor problems with winter weeds, a few insects and maybe some mildew or mold problems.
