North Central Iowa | Do you really want to do business with a landlord who won't lower the rent now that corn is sub $3.50? There are a lot of farms changing hands lately. Landlord won't come down on rent and the tenant gives it up. I've heard of several bankers limiting what they will loan in high rent situations. A lot of loan officers seem to be pretty nervous/concerned about whats taking place. | |
