I'm not sure you can make that conclusion just yet. Without doing an analysis it looks as if we have had a phase of "catch up prices" where ave. prices may have doubled but notice how the volatility has increased with each new plateau. If a similar pattern of volatility occurs but adjusted for the new price level you might expect to average soybean prices approach $20 several times in the next few years with a few instances of monthly prices over $20.
But from my perspective even if we don't make $20 beans I can do quite nicely if we average $12.50.
