near Mtl, QC | I plan of finder a cheap used 3-4 ton spreader (that can also spread lime) and I have many questions.
1) I need some spreader company that fit the job ( so that I can check them on tractorhouse, they can be old I don't care)
2) My precision Ag equipment I already have: -JD2630 display with section control, 2X SF3000 on RTK (I have set my own base station), one rate controller for liquid
-Raven SCS450 console
-FM1000 with FL2 only on it
So with what I have, I suppose cheaper way to convert a spreader to VRT would be with a John deere rate controller dry, what is included with the rate controller dry kit? what else would I need? Other cheaper, but good solution than JD? (with what I already have of course)
3) And then if I decide to do my own grid sampling and presciption, what software I need? Software I already have is: John Deere Apex and Case AFS software (yield mapping because I have a pro 600 too lol)
4) Anything I forgot?
