Havent tried any thing homemade yet just the commercial stuff have heavy deer pressure here and some products work well , have to break the feeding routine somehow and we use bullets when we can , don't have a lot of patience for city type hunters they just cant seem to get the job done very well . In fact about done with that as its more trouble than its worth
