NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | I've called them the past two days for some simple questions. Yesterday was on hold for about 10 minutes before talking to someone, today was on hold for about 15 minutes then was told to leave a number for them to call me back on. They did call me back in about an 1/2 hour but I was away from the computer so I told them I'd call them back. I just home and tried tech support and knew I'd be put on hold. I just left a message for them to call me back which I know they will. I think this time of the year they are very busy. | |
