North Central Montana | the first combine I ran and the current machine we are using. The header is exactly twice the old one, and the old one was a big header for its day. To me, this photo is a real representation of the change in technology in my short lifetime. (I just hit 50).
I often think how freaked out my grandad would be about all the electronics in the cab of the newer machine and how much we can know about the crop as we cut it.
The machines are a Massey Harris Super 90 and 2388.
