When I retire and rent my land, it will be based on the price of corn. I know what it can yield and if my tenant needs some assistance to get those yields, I'll be happy to assist. Even if I had a lease that locked in the big bucks, I would still adjust it accordingly to help the tenant. Some landlords have the attitude," sorry about your luck." I would never do that.
