the vertical screw or does a guy have to buy the whole thing new from the dealer? I know I've seen guys rebuilding their horizontal mixers, but can't remember seeing them rebuild the vertical ones. We pulled the knives on our Penta 3010 and noticed the difference in the steel under the knife vs the rest of the screw.
