NW Iowa | I've seen the same issue. I was told that engineering is aware of the issue and are working on a resolution .
To try and prevent the issue you may need to have your dealer perform the following:
1. Remove the USB from the display, back the files up, and reformat the USB. If you use desktop software export any data needed to the reformatted USB. Do not put the old .cn1 file back on the USB. Do not put the USB back in the display yet.
2. Perform a clean install of display software.
3. After the software is installed put the USB in the display before it powers up the first time. | |
