4 to 500 million???? com on, your as bad as a tv reporter. sorry but if you completly totaled out 1000 vehicals which they are only discounted not totaled it would not be that expensive.
I have no idea whether it's true or not. However, I saw the news stories where the cars had windows smashed out, which then let a ton of rain water in. I'm not sure if they would be totaled or not. If they were, there would be a lot of perfectly good engines/transmissions/etc on the used market. They could have had 1000 vehicles sitting out in Blair for sure.
Aren't a lot of new vehicles owned by the manufacturer before being sold?
