S.C. Wisconsin | A group of us got a tour tour of the JBS packing plant in Green Bay. I was surprised that they let us tour the whole process of processing beef from slaughter to shipping. They didn't want us to take any pictures as they could get into the wrong hands. I respect them for that. We had lunch at Lambeau field and I got to do the Lambeau leap.
