RM#254, Canada | Have them register for a bid # and give it to you to use to bid , that way they will be the registered buyers and it wont have to be transferred to them from you at a latter date which would add another transfer expense ... Once you have won the bid for them it will not matter if the other relative figures out who got it , They would find out eventually anyway. Just need to have them think they are not bidding against her at the sale.. She does not even have to be there until time to settle up then they take over.. |
